Just got a nice Sumatra up on the site. Working in a bit of a wilderness for a couple years, I missed the amazing-ness that can and should be a Sumatran profile. This is a good break in to what this coffee can be. It's fruity & funky, with a near floral finish. It's roasted to almost 2nd crack, (making me mourn now for all the years I torched this origin in past jobs) leaving all the goodness intact and in your cup.
