man, no complaints about the daily opportunity to roast amazing coffees for freaks like you.  Tomorrow begins the build out of the new space.  Can't wait to show y'all.

one more note about the new roasting space: waiting in the dormant room upon our arrival was this little beauty.  

the property owner passed it on to us as a gift.

new space coming up

Today, we are getting the keys for our new spot here in midtown KC.  It's about 3 blocks from our home, and therefore, my coffee still may  be too hot to drink by the time I get to the shop.  

It's a century old, renovated (in the 50's) space.  It's going to take a lot of work to get it beautiful to other beholder's eyes, but to us-it's lovely.
